戦争機械としての日本会議

日本会議は、アナクロ的な夢想（道義国家たる大日本帝國の復活）を作動原理とする戦争機械であり、アベという偶然性をつかまえて一時的に国家の頂点にマウントしている。だが、確かに党員、国家官僚や議員、資本家の一部を部分機械として連結しているが、まだ国家装置と一体化しているわけではない。

何よりも、いつ歯向う戦争機械に変貌するか分からない民衆に彼らの触手はまだ届いていない。ゴーストのようなネトウヨが群がっているものの、民衆と日本会議 の戦争機械の間には、時空のズレが存在する。このズレ、よじれから予測不能な衝突が生みだされる。だからまだ勝負はついてない。

日本会議は、秘密保護法、共謀罪を準備し、非常事態条項を入れ込んだ憲法改正を目論んでいるが、すべて民衆の戦争機械化を未然に抑え込むことが目的である。だがそれは、民衆を敵として正面戦を挑むものであるがゆえに、彼らにとって生死を賭けた闘いとなる。負ければ、すべてを失う。

たしかに権力の頂点にマウントしているが、まだ国家装置の一部しか機械化できていない状態で、はたして民衆を敵とするたたかいでどこまで踏み込めるのか、民衆の戦争機械化が予想できない規模と強さで生まれるのではないか、これが現在日本会議の中心メンバーが抱える不安だろう。

どんな偶然性が二つの戦争機械の間を横切るか誰にも（もちろん日本会議にも）わからない。それは敵味方双方に絶望と同時に希望を生む。味方の中から敵が、敵の中から味 方が現れるかも知れないし、外部から予想外の援軍が送られてくるかも知れない。さらにそれは人間と自然の連続性の境界から来るかもしれない。今回の森友事件はそんな偶然性でなくてなんだろう。
